Building Your Cottage

The Katrina Cottage Series is no longer available through Lowe’s Homes Centers. We are currently restructuring our sales system and will have plans available again for sale in early fall 2011.

Katrina Cottages are permanent, site built homes. You will need a contractor to build your Lowe’s Katrina Cottage. For help locating a contractor in your area visit www.nahb.com or www.notsobighouse.com.

Prices to build the cottages can roughly be estimated at +/-$115 a square foot. This price will vary depending on region and the materials you select. You will need to work with your local contractor to determine the exact price to build a cottage in your area.
